Engine data without the guesswork.
The engine gateway in every kit reads the truck's data bus. It sends odometer, fuel, RPM, coolant, battery and fault codes to your dashboard.

The numbers the engine already knows
Each truck's page shows the latest engine readings. History charts show them along the day's route.
- Odometer. Straight from the engine, so trip miles match the truck.
- Fuel level. See it on the truck page and along the route.
- RPM and coolant temperature. Spot a truck running hot.
- Battery voltage. Catch a weak battery before a no-start.

Know which truck needs the shop
Fault codes arrive as the engine reports them. Critical codes are listed first, so you decide before the next load.
- Code, description and severity. Critical, warning or info, with first and last seen.
- Active and resolved. Codes move to resolved when they clear.
- Fault code alerts. Get an email or in-app alert by severity, for the trucks you pick.
- Fault code report. Every code across the fleet, as CSV or PDF.

Class 8 tractors and the rest of the fleet
The gateway speaks the protocol your truck uses. Our technician connects it during the install.
J1939
For Class 8 tractors and heavy-duty trucks.
OBD-II (ISO 15765)
For light and medium-duty vehicles.
J1708
For older heavy-duty trucks.
Engine data next to video and GPS
Engine data flows through the same kit to the same dashboard. Fault codes, location and video sit on one truck page.
- No separate login. Engine data is in the dashboard your team already uses.
- Direct connection. The kit talks to our servers, not a third-party device cloud.
- Checked at install. The technician confirms engine data before leaving.

What vehicle health doesn't do
- No maintenance scheduling. Roudiy doesn't plan service or open work orders.
- No trailer data. The gateway reads the truck, not the trailer.
- Only what the truck reports. A value the engine doesn't send shows as not available.
- Plain-English fault codescoming soon

We install
Our technician connects the engine gateway and checks engine data before leaving.
You're live
Engine readings show up in your dashboard the same day.
Billing starts the day a kit passes its install check.
Which trucks are supported?
Heavy-duty trucks with J1939 or J1708, and light and medium-duty vehicles with OBD-II. Send us the make, model and year and we'll check.
Does it read trailer data?
No. The gateway reads the truck's own engine data.
What if a truck doesn't report a value?
The dashboard shows it as not available. We never fill in a guess.
